Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Puruliya. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, managing front desk operations, answering and directing calls, handling bookings and inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area, performing clerical tasks, and ensuring smooth coordination with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including managing calls and greeting guests professionally
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills such as scheduling, documentation, and maintaining records
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outstanding Customer Service abilities, ensuring guest needs are met with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience in hospitality or front desk roles is preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking and scheduling software
- Fluency in English and Bengali is desirable
