Role Description
This is a full-time Receptionist role with the convenience of remote work. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and directing visitors, answering and managing phone calls, performing general clerical tasks, maintaining scheduling and logs, and ensuring a positive customer service experience. Additionally, the Receptionist will assist with daily administrative activities to support the smooth operation of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Clerical Skills, including organization and basic office management
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability in delivering high-quality Customer Service
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office software
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or a degree is advantageous
