Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist, based in Gurugram. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering and redirecting phone calls with proper etiquette, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries. The role also involves clerical responsibilities such as managing correspondence, organizing files, and supporting team members with administrative functions. Maintaining a warm, professional attitude and delivering excellent customer service will be central to this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and ability to manage Receptionist Duties effectively
  • Strong Clerical Skills, including file organization, record-keeping, and scheduling
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer Service expertise with a focus on building positive visitor experiences
  • Proficiency in basic computer software, such as MS Office
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle varying front desk operations
  • Prior experience in front desk or administrative roles is a plus
