Role Overview
We are seeking professional, organised and client-focused Receptionists to serve as the first point of contact at our centre. The ideal candidates will manage front-of-house operations, support client engagement, coordinate appointments and contribute to a seamless and welcoming experience for every visitor. This role is essential in maintaining efficient administrative processes and upholding our high standards of client care.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism.
* Manage reception operations including phone calls, emails and enquiries.
* Schedule, confirm and update appointments accurately.
* Maintain client records while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Support smooth check-in and check-out processes.
* Provide clear information about services and assist with basic enquiries.
* Coordinate communication between clinical and administrative teams.
* Ensure the reception area remains organised and aligned with brand standards.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and documentation.
* Handle client follow-ups, feedback and service requests promptly.
What We Are Looking For
* Prior experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare front desk role is mandatory.
* Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
* Strong communication skills in English is a must.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
* Friendly, approachable and client-focused attitude.
* Comfortable using digital scheduling and record systems.
