Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist at KALLARACKAL LADIES COLLECTIONS in Kochi. The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
