Job Summary
The Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for all guests and visitors. The role involves handling guest interactions, addressing enquiries and concerns, and ensuring high standards of hospitality and service excellence.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in guests and scheduled visitors
Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints effectively and promptly
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing personalized assistance and support
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Admin, and Operations to meet guest requirements
Manage visitor logs, appointments, and front desk records accurately
Assist in handling VIP guests, meetings, and special events
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ambience of the reception and guest areas
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to guest services
Collect guest feedback and share insights with management for service improvement
Follow company policies, service standards, and hospitality protocols
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned authority when required

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Professional appearance and etiquette
Problem-solving and conflict-handling ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations
Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Any Graduation preferred
