Job Summary:We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage the reception area and maintain a tidy workspace
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain records, visitor logs, and basic documentation
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
Requirements & Skills:- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Basic administrative and clerical skills
Education:- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Working Conditions:- Full-time / Part-time (as applicable)
- Office-based role
