Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests; determine the purpose of their visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate location.
- Manage calls and email correspondence, screen and direct communications to appropriate staff.
- Maintain organized scheduling by recording messages and arranging appointments.
- Receive mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries; deliver or distribute items appropriately.
- Conduct broadcast communications, bulk messaging, emails, and phone calls to ensure effective outreach.
- Perform administrative and clerical support tasks as required.
- Maintain accurate filing and recordkeeping systems.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications and professional email drafting.
- Moderate proficiency in both verbal and written English communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
