Role Description The Receptionist role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Clay by Lingaraj Granites showroom in Bhubaneswar. The Receptionist will greet visitors, manage the front desk, and ensure a welcoming experience for all customers. Responsibilities include answering and routing phone calls, responding to inquiries, maintaining visitor logs, and coordinating appointments. The role also involves basic clerical tasks such as handling correspondence, organizing documents, and supporting showroom staff with administrative activities. The Receptionist will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to provide clear information, direct customers to the appropriate personnel, and uphold professional standards in all interactions.
Qualifications
