Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort, Mumbai. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients and will be responsible for managing the front desk and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet visitors and manage the front desk in a professional and courteous manner
• Handle incoming phone calls and basic correspondence
• Maintain and organise case files and office records
• Assist in posting and dispatching documents and coordinating deliveries where required
• Schedule appointments and manage basic calendars
• Perform general clerical and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills
• Prior experience is not necessary, but will be considered a plus
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist/front-desk duties
• Working knowledge of English (spoken and written) is required
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel
• Strong clerical and organisational skills, including record-keeping and documentation
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with a legal or professional office environment is a plus
