Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Receptionist role located in Ahmedabad, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, greeting them both in person and via phone with professional and friendly service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing reception duties, handling incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, responding to inquiries, and maintaining an organized front desk operation. You will also assist with various administrative tasks such as filing and data entry to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Phone Etiquette and professional communication skills
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills for a well-organized front desk
- Experience providing excellent Customer Service and handling client inquiries effectively
- Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable and courteous demeanor
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office management are a plus
