Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Bengaluru. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Daily responsibilities include scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining patient records, handling check-in and check-out processes, and coordinating with the clinical team to support smooth clinic operations. The role also involves basic clerical tasks such as organizing files, managing correspondence, and assisting with billing or documentation as needed. The Receptionist is expected to uphold a welcoming environment and ensure a positive experience for all patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills, including managing calls, greeting visitors, and handling front desk operations.
- Proficient Clerical Skills such as filing, data entry, appointment scheduling, and record maintenance.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members.
- Ability to use basic computer applications and clinic management software; experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is an advantage.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and a patient-centered approach to work.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or healthcare support is beneficial.
