Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Bengaluru South. The Receptionist will handle front desk responsibilities, including welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, and scheduling appointments. Additional tasks will include executing clerical duties such as maintaining records, coordinating office supplies, and supporting day-to-day office operations. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth communication within the organization will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and adeptness in Receptionist Duties to professionally manage front desk and communication tasks
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including organizing records, scheduling, and handling administrative tasks
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Outstanding Customer Service capabilities to ensure a welcoming and professional experience for clients and visitors
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse office responsibilities efficiently
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is a plus
- Proficiency in common office software and tools (e.g., MS Office) is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or administration are advantageous
