Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist located in Bangalore. The Receptionist will manage daily front desk operations, greet clients and visitors, answer and redirect calls, and schedule appointments. Additional responsibilities include handling clerical tasks such as managing correspondence, organizing files, and ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment. The role requires excellent communication and a customer-focused approach to provide a seamless experience to clients and team members.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties.
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including organizing, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Excellent Communication and active listening skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to create a welcoming and professional environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration are advantageous.
