Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Bengaluru South. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing front desk activities, answering and directing calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and providing administrative support to various teams. Exceptional customer service and organizational skills are essential to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive interactions with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette, scheduling, and handling front desk operations efficiently.
  • Organizational and multitasking capabilities to manage administrative tasks and maintain office supplies effectively.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are a plus.
