Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist based in Trivandrum. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Responsibilities include managing calls, scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and ensuring a welcoming reception area. Additional duties include managing correspondence, organizing documents, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a customer-centric mindset.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to professionally interact with clients and team members
- Organizational and time management skills to handle scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination
- Familiarity with office equipment and computer applications, such as email and scheduling tools
- Ability to maintain a welcoming and professional environment at all times
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred
