Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role based in Hosur. The Receptionist will be responsible for handling daily front desk operations, including answering phone calls, managing visitor interactions, and performing clerical tasks. Ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for patients and visitors, the role involves supporting hospital operations through excellent customer service and communication.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries effectively and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills such as scheduling, record management, and organization.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients, visitors, and staff efficiently.
- Ability to maintain a hospitable and calm environment, ensuring a positive experience for everyone.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or related environment is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office systems are desirable.
