Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist and Administrator role based in Sholinganallur. In this position, you will act as the first point of contact for students, trainers, and visitors, managing reception tasks such as answering phone calls, greeting guests, and handling inquiries. You will also perform a variety of administrative duties, including maintaining records, managing schedules, and supporting the administrative team's day-to-day operations. Ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment will be a key focus of your role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including managing schedules, record-keeping, and general office tasks
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to professionally interact with students, trainers, and visitors
- Excellent Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming and supportive environment
- Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management are essential
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is preferred
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
