Job Summary:Aestheva Wellness is looking for a smart and customer-focused Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for clients. The role involves handling front desk operations, addressing customer queries related to packages and products, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying client experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist clients at the front desk in a professional and welcoming manner
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and appointment scheduling
- Provide accurate information and resolve queries related to services, packages, and products
- Guide customers in selecting suitable wellness packages and treatments
- Maintain client records, appointments, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
- Handle billing, payments, and basic administrative tasks
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Key Skills Required:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving ability
- Basic sales understanding with ability to guide customers
- Presentable with a pleasing personality
- Knowledge of CRM / MS Office
- Ability to multitask and manage front desk efficiently
Educational Qualification:- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile:- Experience in wellness center, clinic, salon, spa, or healthcare industry
- Prior experience in front desk / customer service roles
- Sales exposure is an added advantage
