Close to Georgia Avenue & Norbeck Road.</div><div>Job Summary:</div><div>The full-time Crew Leader manages and works with their team, oversees the daily operation of services, and operates vehicles and equipment in a safe manor. The Crew Leader provides quality services and performs the indicated activities that meet or exceed our customer’s expectations. All employees require a friendly, customer focused attitude and must always conduct themselves in a professional manner. </div><div>Responsibilities:</div><ul>
<li>Represent REC Lawns in a professional manner with a high level of integrity.</li>
<li>Safely drive a truck and landscape trailer.</li>
<li>Being timely, organized, while being able to plan and prioritize work.</li>
<li>Decision making and problem solving.</li>
<li>Provide and receive information with Clients, Managers and Co-workers by telephone, email, and in-person.</li>
<li>Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time.</li>
<li>Document Information – Capture information received from customers and record time in and out at each job site.</li>
<li>Be able to use a tablet day to day for schedule and routing purposes.</li>
<li>Communicate with clients regarding questions about their services or additional service options.</li>
<li>Repair and maintain equipment – Service (sharpening blades and changing oil), repair, tune, and test equipment to be sure that they operate properly.</li>
<li>Perform daily preparation of equipment to include:</li>
<li>Loading and unloading all equipment and tools on vehicles.</li>
<li>Refueling all equipment with gas.</li>
<li>Securing all equipment safely in trailers and trucks.</li>
<li>Perform end of the day duties to include:</li>
<li>Completing timesheets of team members.</li>
<li>Report inventory needs and any equipment repairs.</li>
<li>Review days activities and preparation for next day.</li>
<li>Unload equipment and material; clean and store properly.</li>
<li>Clean out the trucks & trailers and prepare them for next day.</li>
</ul><div>Must have experience with these services:</div><ul>
<li>Mowing and edging of turf.</li>
<li>Mulching, aerating, seeding, weeding, and trimming.</li>
<li>Pruning and installation of trees, shrubs, hedges, and plants.</li>
<li>Leaf and debris removal.</li>
<li>Gutter Cleaning.</li>
<li>Fertilization and Pesticide application.</li>
<li>Snow and ice removal from parking lots, driveways, and walkways.</li>
<li>Safely operate powered equipment and hand tools such as:</li>
<li>Mowers (walk behinds, zero turns, push mowers, etc.)</li>
<li>Blowers/ Edgers/ String trimmers</li>
<li>Aerators</li>
<li>Hedge trimmers, clippers & pruning saws</li>
<li>Shovels/ Rakes/ Saws</li>
<li>Sprayers/ Spreaders/ Snow blowers</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications required:</div><ul>
<li>Minimum 3-year experience in a Lawn Care Supervisory position and 5-years performing landscaping duties.</li>
<li>Highschool diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Ability to use a mobile software application daily.</li>
<li>Valid (clean) Driver’s License and DOT Physical Card.</li>
<li>Perform general physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your entire body, such as walking, climbing, standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting.</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50 pounds.</li>
</ul><div>Compensation:</div><ul>
<li>Starting at $23.00- $33.00/Hour (Potentially more with exceptional experience and work ethic)</li>
