Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Rebar Foreman, located in Gurugram. The Rebar Foreman will supervise and coordinate rebar installation activities at the construction site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks. Key responsibilities include overseeing rebar placement and securing, managing a team of workers, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards. The role also involves liaising with engineers, performing routine inspections, and resolving on-site challenges promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead and manage a team to ensure efficient project execution
- Proficiency in Heavy Equipment operations related to rebar handling and placement
- Excellent Communication skills for coordination with team members, engineers, and stakeholders
- Foundational Carpentry knowledge for aligning rebar supports
- Experience with Maintenance tasks and ensuring proper upkeep of tools and equipment
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and construction standards
- Previous experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects is highly advantageous
