Rebar Detailer (Remote)

Salary: ₹80,000 per month

Pergamos Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Rebar Detailer to join our team. We are looking for highly skilled professionals who take pride in their work and are capable of producing accurate detailing with minimal supervision.

This position is intended for top-level detailers who are able to check their own work carefully before submission, take ownership of their projects, and maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism.

This is a fully remote position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate rebar shop drawings using AutoCAD, RebarCAD and Bluebeam.
• Interpret contract drawings and specifications to extract information required for the preparation of the rebar shop drawings.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian rebar detailing standards
• Coordinate detailing with project managers and engineering teams
• Review and check your own work for accuracy and constructability before submission
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Communicate effectively regarding revisions, changes, and project coordination

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of rebar detailing experience
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and RebarCAD
• Experience detailing projects following U.S. and Canadian standards
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Honest, reliable, and professional work ethic
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Education Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related construction discipline
• Strong understanding of reinforced concrete structures and construction drawings
• Additional training or certification in rebar detailing or structural drafting is considered an asset

Remote Work Requirements

Candidates must provide their own equipment and internet connection:

• Computer with minimum Intel i7 processor
• 16 GB RAM (minimum) / 32 GB is ideal.
• GPU NVIDIA RDX 4060 or GTX 1660 / RTX 3050.
• 500 GB hard drive (minimum)
• Two 36" 4K monitors
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 300 Mbps)
