About the Role
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of Sukhsagar. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our commitment to quality, cleanliness, and minimalist elegance is reflected in every guest interaction. You will work closely with the leadership team to maintain high margins through efficient costing and impeccable service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Lead daily floor operations, ensuring a seamless flow between the kitchen and front-of-house.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain a professional, disciplined, and guest-centric environment.
Quality Control: Maintain strict adherence to FSSAI guidelines and Sukhsagar’s high standards for food quality and presentation.
Financial Oversight: Manage inventory, reduce wastage, and monitor daily sales reports to ensure profitability.
Guest Relations: Address guest feedback with grace and use it to continuously improve the dining experience.
Compliance: Ensure the facility meets all health, safety, and legal requirements.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably within a premium dining or high-end hospitality environment.
Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of food costing and inventory management.
Aesthetic Sense: An appreciation for a "minimalist and classy" brand identity.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Raipur market and customer preferences is a significant plus.
Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses high integrity.
