Role Description The Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude Faculty at GK Infinity will design and deliver classroom sessions focused on logical reasoning, data interpretation, arithmetic, algebra, and related quantitative topics. This full-time, on-site role in Bhopal involves preparing lesson plans, creating practice questions and mock tests, and explaining concepts in a clear, structured manner for various competitive exams. The faculty member will evaluate student performance, provide individualized feedback, and adjust teaching methods based on learner needs. Daily responsibilities also include doubt-solving sessions, maintaining academic discipline in the classroom, coordinating with other faculty on course planning, and staying updated with exam patterns and syllabus changes.
Qualifications
- Strong command of quantitative aptitude topics, including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, data interpretation, and numerical reasoning.
- Expertise in logical and analytical reasoning, such as puzzles, syllogisms, series, seating arrangements, and critical thinking exercises.
- Proven ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms, using examples and structured step-by-step methods.
- Experience preparing students for competitive exams (e.g., banking, SSC, CAT, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills and a learner-centered teaching approach.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi, with clear blackboard and presentation skills.
- Comfort with using basic educational technology, such as digital presentations, online testing tools, and learning platforms.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Bhopal and manage multiple batches and schedules.
- A track record of consistent results and a genuine interest in mentoring and motivating students.
