Realtree Properties is seeking a highly experienced Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manager to lead strategic hiring initiatives and drive organizational growth through top-tier talent acquisition. This role is ideal for HR professionals with a deep understanding of real estate or corporate hiring landscapes, and a proven track record of successful placements. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies for mid to senior-level roles Develop workforce planning and talent pipelines aligned with business goals Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements and candidate profiles Optimize employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies Use recruitment data and metrics to refine strategies and report progress to leadership Candidate Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Prior experience in real estate, corporate, or property development sectors is an advantage Strong knowledge of UAE hiring laws and market practices Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Proficient in using modern HR tools, sourcing platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
