Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Relationship Officer at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize business growth. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, offering appropriate insurance products, and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets. Additionally, the role includes cross-selling products, assisting clients in understanding their financial needs, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer retention. Collaboration with internal teams and compliance with company policies and regulations will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Sales and marketing skills, including the ability to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ability to meet targets and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of insurance products, financial services, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a strong advantage.
