Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager position located in New Delhi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with insurance clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. Daily responsibilities include providing financial and insurance-related advice, promoting sales of insurance products, managing a team, addressing client inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires collaborating with multiple stakeholders to achieve strategic goals and targeted outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Insurance and Finance to offer informed insights and solutions.
- Strong aptitude for Sales with capabilities to generate new business and meet targets.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to manage and address client needs effectively.
- Team Management skills to successfully lead, motivate, and coordinate diverse team members.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred.
