About the role

Media Data Insights Manager, you will analyze consumer trends and campaign performance to provide actionable insights. You will work closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product teams, ensuring data-driven strategies lead to business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in data visualization tools, and experience in leading teams. Key Responsibilities: Analyze consumer behaviour, market trends, and media campaign data to generate strategic insights. Develop and deliver compelling reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Lead a team of analysts, fostering a data-driven culture and encouraging best practices in analytics. Collaborate with key stakeholders, providing insights that inform marketing and media strategies. Evaluate campaign performance metrics to optimize media investments and maximize ROI. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing decision-making processes. What We're Looking For: 4+ years of experience in data analytics, retail media, or a related field. Proven track record of analyzing media campaign data and consumer trends. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations.
