Job Description:
- The Capture Manager for the Global Defense and Intelligence (GDI) market is expected to execute the full Growth lifecycle across multiple simultaneous pursuits and proposals. Identifies gaps and emerging requirements, performs market and economic analysis, conducts business intelligence, designs and executes formal capture plans, and monitors competitor activity. The Capture Manager develops the overall strategy for assigned captures, as well as internal and external partnerships, campaigns, and associated marketing. Collaborates with a team of business development professionals, including proposal managers, solution architects, and pricing leads, in achieving short and long-term goals. Maintains the pipeline of assigned opportunities and executes win strategies.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in business development or capture management within the Intelligence Community
- Proven track record of successful capture and pipeline management
- Experience working with the various Government agencies located within Maryland
- Experience with Government/DoD budget, investments, and acquisition processes
- Demonstrated ability to access key government customers and industry partners
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and recent Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO)
- Ability to use automated tools such as Microsoft Office to present ideas, information, and reports and a customer relationship management to track opportunities and manage pipeline
- Leadership skills to develop, organize and execute significant capture activities, including building industry teams, assessing win probability, and executing customer call plans to shape acquisitions to win business with new and existing customers
- Ability to gain internal support, and establish a solid working relationship with senior management, technical staff, Delivery management, and peers across RealmOne
