Proven track record leading growth planning, pipeline development, business development or capture in complex, high-growth settings.
Experience working closely with multi-functional executive teams.
Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a bias toward action.
Excellent customer-facing abilities including written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to assess both market opportunity and financial return.
Strong business judgment and executive presence.
Possess current and active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
