Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced Property Sales Associate located in Noida. The individual will be responsible for managing property sales, building and maintaining relationships with clients, delivering sales presentations, and negotiating deals. The role also includes identifying prospective buyers, meeting sales targets, understanding market trends, and assisting clients with property-related requirements while delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Proven experience in property sales, negotiation, and closing deals
Strong relationship-building, communication, and client management skills
In-depth knowledge of real estate trends, market analysis, and pricing strategies
Ability to work in a high-paced environment with attention to detail and organization
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer literacy
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
Prior experience specifically in the NCR real estate market is a plus
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
