Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Real Estate Sales Associate (Business Development Associate - BDA experienced only). The responsibilities include prospecting for clients, coordinating property viewings, negotiating property transactions, delivering outstanding customer service, and providing expert advice on real estate options. The role requires building and fostering relationships with clients to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Real Estate sales, handling Real Property, or related fields
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License or equivalent credentials
- Skills in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Strong understanding of the Real Estate market and trends within the NCR region
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple clients
- Prior experience as a Business Development Associate is required
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management software is a plus
