REAL-TIME OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

📍 Location: Thane / Mulund
💰 Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹25,000 per month
🕘 Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
📅 Weekly Off: Sunday + 2nd & 4th Saturday

THE ROLE
A real-time coordination & communication desk—similar to a modern telephone operator.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Receive instructions through Teams, WhatsApp, Email, Phone & verbal communication
• Quickly capture and create tasks in SharePoint
• Assign tasks to the appropriate team member
• Give timely same-day reminders and follow-ups
• Maintain required SharePoint comments and records
• Identify and escalate operational issues
• Ensure no instruction or task gets missed
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Graduate in any discipline
• Good English, Hindi & Marathi communication
• Good MS Office skills – Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams
• Excellent listening & multitasking ability
• Highly reliable, organised and punctual
• Polite but persistent follow-through
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
IMPORTANT:
This is a NON-MANAGERIAL coordination role.

The Coordinator coordinates and follows up. The assigned employee remains responsible for executing, updating and closing the task.
