We are seeking a dedicated hospitality professional with a
desire to be the best, who loves a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching
people and wants to help lead our restaurant.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Help develop
and maintain recipes, portion specifications, and standard preparation
procedures for all dishes and ensure that all kitchen staff are following these
standards.
• Hands on
cooking. Lead and cook by example and provide guidance to any hourly staff.
• Make daily
inspections of stations to observe quality of food preparation and service,
food appearance, cleanliness and sanitation of production and service areas,
equipment, and employee appearance.
• Maintain
complete knowledge of and compliance with all company policies/service
procedures/standards.
Required skills & Experience:
• Be able to
assist the Executive Chef with menu development
• Have a team
mindset, be a team player
• Strong
communication skills to lead, motivate and manage staff
• Have strong
line work experience in a fast paced environment, a great sense of urgency, and
have strong time management skills
• Experience
with food cost, inventory, labor cost, administrative paperwork, and ordering
• Have a
professional, and respectful demeanor while staying calm and composed under
pressure
• Must be able
to work weekends and nights
• Fresh pasta,
pastry, and wood fire oven experience a plus
• Fluent in
English & Spanish is a plus

PAY SCALE: Salary Exempt from $70,304 to $75,000 annually.
