Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Real Estate Team Lead. The Team Lead will oversee and manage a group of real estate professionals, coordinate daily operations, and ensure team performance aligns with company goals. Responsibilities include developing client relations, facilitating property transactions, providing strategic advisory for commercial real estate projects, and driving brokerage deals. The role also involves mentoring and motivating team members to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for client interaction, relationship building, and negotiations
- Expertise in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate transactions
- Proven experience in Team Management and Team Leadership
- Ability to develop and execute strategies for meeting team sales and leasing objectives
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment
- Sound knowledge of the local real estate market, particularly Ahmedabad
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
