Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Team Lead role located in Bengaluru South. The Real Estate Team Lead will oversee and manage a team of real estate professionals, ensuring adherence to company standards and objectives. Responsibilities include guiding the team in client interactions and real estate transactions, fostering collaboration, and improving efficiency. This role also involves building relationships with brokers, evaluating commercial real estate opportunities, and supporting the execution of deals aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to lead client interactions effectively.
- Experience in Brokerage and understanding of Commercial Real Estate transactions and trends.
- Demonstrated expertise in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide and inspire team members.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to align team efforts with company goals.
- Proficiency in tools for real estate analysis and reporting is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Experience : 4-6 Years,
