Purpose of the Role
The Real Estate Surveyor will be responsible for database creation, site surveying, and identifying potential locations. The role involves conducting initial property scouting, gathering on-ground insights, and supporting the business expansion process through accurate data and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential locations for business expansion
Perform site surveys and collect relevant on-ground data and insights
Assist in scouting and shortlisting properties based on company requirements
Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and consultants to gather site details
Liaise with internal teams for feasibility studies and due diligence
Maintain and update databases of potential and finalized properties
Ensure proper documentation of site details, agreements, and contracts
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, and local authorities
Provide support during site visits, negotiations, and approvals
Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 years of experience in real estate, surveying, business development, or property scouting
Strong research, coordination, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and property assessments
Basic understanding of real estate markets and location analysis
