Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist, based in Bhopal. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for advising clients on real estate purchases, sales, and property investments. Responsibilities include conducting property market research, building and maintaining client relationships, assisting with real estate development activities, and managing projects that align with client needs. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and professional service standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property management
- Strong skills in Customer Service with a focus on client satisfaction
- Experience in Real Estate Development and Sales
- Ability to research, analyze, and provide insights on market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in time management and organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of the Bhopal real estate market is a plus
