Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The role includes responsibilities such as assisting clients in property selection, managing real estate transactions, providing customer service throughout the buying or selling process, supporting real estate development projects, and identifying opportunities for sales and investments in real property. The specialist will also develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met at every step.
Qualifications
- Proven knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property markets
- Proficiency in Sales and strong ability to identify investment opportunities
- Customer Service skills with the ability to guide clients effectively from initial contact to closing transactions
- Understanding of Real Estate Development and related processes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fields
- Knowledge of the Ahmedabad real estate market is an advantage
