Role: US Mortgage/Real Estate Transaction Coordinator
Shift: Night Shift (EST 9:30 AM to EST 6:30 PM)
Location: Remote - Work from Home
Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience in US Mortgage or US Real Estate.
Mandatory Requirement: Excellent verbal and written communication (Fluent English)

Role Description
We are looking for a reliable and efficient transaction coordination from contract to closing, ensuring every step is organized, compliant, and on time. From managing paperwork and tracking deadlines to communicating with attorneys, lenders, and clients—I make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
With a strong understanding of real estate transactions and a commitment to integrity, service, and attention to detail, my goal is to create a seamless experience for both you and your clients.

Qualifications
- Expertise in US Real Estate and Real Property management.
- Knowledge of Real Estate Development, including property evaluations and development processes.
- Strong skills in Customer Service to maintain client relationships and address inquiries effectively.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
