Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Real Estate Specialist. The role includes managing and coordinating real estate transactions, advising clients on property investments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities involve assisting with property research, assembling and interpreting market data, supporting real estate development projects, and maintaining strong client relationships. The selected candidate will also work closely with sales and customer service teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and Real Estate Development
- Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service related to real estate transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to provide outstanding client support
- Proficiency in understanding property laws, regulatory compliance, and investment strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
- Problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze market trends and provide actionable insights
- Prior experience working in boutique, high-value real estate advisory or financial services is a plus
