Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh for a Real Estate Specialist. The role involves managing and facilitating real estate transactions, providing exceptional customer service, engaging in sales activities, and contributing to real estate development initiatives. The specialist will assist clients in navigating real property processes, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and timely execution of transactions. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales
- Experience with Real Estate Development projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Relevant education or certifications in real estate or related fields are an advantage
- Understanding of real estate laws, policies, and market trends is beneficial
