Role Description The Real Estate Specialist role at Finplify is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying, evaluating, and managing real estate opportunities that align with Finplify’s investment platform and product strategy. The Real Estate Specialist will conduct market research, analyze property data, and support real estate development initiatives to expand the portfolio of available real estate investment options. Day-to-day activities include coordinating with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients to facilitate property transactions, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role also includes supporting sales efforts by presenting real estate offerings, responding to inquiries, and helping users understand the value and risk profile of various properties.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, including market trends, valuation, and regulatory considerations.
- Candidates should possess experience in Real Estate Development, including site evaluation, feasibility analysis, and project coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Customer Service, with the ability to build relationships, handle inquiries, and support property transactions.
- Relevant experience in real estate advisory, brokerage, or investment roles is beneficial.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with clients and partners.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
