Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in real estate sales to lead, manage, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end sales processes, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development- Generate leads through various channels including referrals, digital platforms, and field activities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries effectively
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
- Convert prospects into successful sales closures
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options
- Provide end-to-end assistance throughout the buying process
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Market Knowledge & Strategy- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Suggest pricing and promotional strategies to improve sales performance
Sales Operations- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales in CRM systems
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaigns and project updates
Key RequirementsExperience & Skills- Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Education- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
Other Requirements- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
- Good knowledge of local real estate market
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
