Role Description
Brickfolio Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate Real Estate Specialist (0-1 years of experience) for a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients in identifying, buying, selling, and leasing properties, as well as managing client relationships. Key responsibilities include conducting property inspections, providing market analysis, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless transaction process for clients. This role requires collaboration with team members and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Estate Development processes
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Sales expertise and familiarity with Real Property transactions
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a team setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
- Fluency in local languages and knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is advantageous
