Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Real Estate Salesperson. The primary responsibilities include identifying potential buyers and sellers, showcasing properties, maintaining strong customer relationships, and assisting clients throughout the buying or selling process. The role also involves staying updated on market trends, negotiating contracts, and ensuring all sales documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and knowledge of the local real estate market
- Holds a valid Real Estate License or is in the process of obtaining one
- Strong Sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent Customer Service and communication abilities
- Proficiency in negotiating deals and finalizing contracts
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Familiarity with industry technology and tools is a plus
- Graduate degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
