Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru North. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and building a high-performing sales team, formulating and implementing sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also includes identifying market trends, connecting with potential clients, and fostering productive partnerships. Strong leadership skills will be required to motivate the team and drive growth in a competitive real estate landscape.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and target achievement
- Strong knowledge of negotiation, communication, and presentation techniques
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Ability to lead, manage, and inspire a team towards achieving goals
- Analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and drive data-backed decisions
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with the real estate or proptech industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
