Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson, based in Ahmedabad. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in property buying, selling, and leasing transactions, offering expert guidance to meet their needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, showing properties, negotiating sales, and ensuring smooth transaction processes. The role also involves maintaining an excellent level of customer service and staying up-to-date with market trends and legal regulations in the real estate sector.
Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Possess a valid Real Estate License or the ability to obtain one
- Strong Sales skills, including negotiation and persuasion
- Excellent Customer Service and relationship management abilities
- Familiarity with the local Ahmedabad real estate market is a plus
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
