Role Description
The Real Estate Salesperson will play a key role in assisting clients with buying, selling, leasing, and investing in residential and commercial properties. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients, understanding their needs, conducting property visits, maintaining relationships with developers, and negotiating deals. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and assisting customers with relevant paperwork. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service with a client-focused approach
- Expertise in Sales with the ability to negotiate and close deals
- Understanding of local real estate markets and trends
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
- Prior experience in real estate sales is a plus
- Fluency in English and local languages is desirable
