Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales & CRM Executive to manage leads, handle customer interactions, conduct site visits, and convert prospects into bookings. The role involves both sales conversion and CRM management, ensuring every lead is properly tracked, followed up, and nurtured until closure.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & CRM
- Manage and track leads generated through Meta Ads, 99acres, MagicBricks, website inquiries, and other marketing channels.
- Enter and update customer details in the CRM system.
- Assign, track, and follow up on leads to ensure timely response and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
2. Customer Interaction
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Provide clear information about the villa project, pricing, payment plans, and amenities.
- Build strong relationships with potential buyers and address their queries effectively.
3. Site Visits & Presentations
- Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective customers.
- Explain villa layouts, project features, location advantages, and investment potential.
4. Sales Conversion
- Follow up with prospects and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly sales targets.
5. Booking & Documentation Coordination
- Assist customers with booking procedures and initial documentation.
- Coordinate with the accounts and legal/documentation team for booking formalities and payment tracking.
6. Reporting
- Maintain daily lead reports, follow-up reports, and sales pipeline updates.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding lead status and conversion performance.

Qualifications

Work Timings
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly one day off (with prior intimation)
